VickyB1954Such a good podcast!I love listening to Nick and Muriel try out new things. They’ve got such a great relationship and they also have great contagious laughs. They’re inspiring me to try out new healthy things and their guests have been wonderful.
-
imanmayyI’m in my 20s and I relate already! So will you.Easily the best Podcast out there! Took me too long of time to leave a review just because I was being selfish and didn’t want to share these welcoming amazing funny people!
-
AbaighVPure Joy!This podcast is the only thing that gets me out of bed on Monday mornings! I look forward to Nick and Muriel’s joyous laughter (at each other, and themselves) every week, and need their infectious positivity to start my week. Hella relatable.

ms.cookie.crumMakes my ears happy when I am busyNick and Muriel are those married friends that you cherish. Real, funny, brash, informational… honestly I love listening to their banter when I find myself needing to do some chores. Listen to this podcast when you need a pick me up from the banal routines of life. I love their art that they are bringing to us today!

Christine in MaineOk ok okSo I listen on Spotify but I cannot review you there so here I am. My girl Alicia (aveganboymom) turned me on to your podcast and I have to admit I was dubious at first. I typically listen to true crime podcasts but she was so enamored I had to give you a go, and boy am I glad I did! You guys are so genuine and relatable (even for listeners who are hellaintheirfifties 😉). You just brighten my day. Keep up the great work and the hilarious content. 5 out of 5 starts. Highly recommend! Keep the good times rolling! Christine (CStevens1967)

VeganMorticianThis podcast is everything I need!Hella in Your Thirties makes me so happy! I can’t remember how I stumbled upon this podcast but once I did, I immediately fell in love with it. Nick and Muriel are amazing people and an enviable couple (#relationshipgoals , I think is what someone not hella in their 30s would say). There have been so many times through crappy 2020 that I have felt sad and overwhelmed and starting the latest episode would immediately put me in a better mood. These two are so charming and have such a cute dynamic that for anyone to not love this would be crazy. Oh, and extra points for finding so many creative ways to make each episode fun, even during a quarantine where there’s not much to do! You must listen!

Bwilliams5280Binge worthyThis podcast is everything I needed to start 2021 off right. Hella in your thirties is the podcast that is perfect for any mood or activity. The pandemic has been long and weird and sometimes it is nice to hear that other people feel the same way i do. Nick and Muriel’s relationship banter is my favorite <3 it reminds me of my husband and me. I giggle along through every episode, while also responding to them like they’re my friends. These cats are cool and basically my besties now. Can’t wait to have them over for a bbq sometime. If you are looking for new content that is real, honest, silly this is the pod for you.

onyxblingAwesome Podcast!I’ve never written a review of a podcast before, but this podcast is so funny and so good that I had to!! I love listening to Nick and Mureal! They are hilarious and relatable! I knew it was for me when I heard their intro song even before I got into them even talking! It just got better from there! Definitely give this podcast a listen!!

Dobbie WanInspirational, hella fun to listen. Thanks Nick and Muriel! I hope one day this can become your main gig! I think it best if Nick try to read the rest of this, but take turns if you like... Through three cheese trees three free fleas flew. While these fleas flew, freezy breeze blew. Freezy breeze made these three trees freeze. Freezy trees made these trees' cheese freeze. That's what made these three free fleas sneeze. How much caramel can a canny canonball cram in a camel if a canny canonball can cram caramel in a camel? . A skunk sat on a stump and thunk the stump stunk, but the stump thunk the skunk stunk. How much myrtle would a wood turtle hurdle if a wood turtle could hurdle myrtle? A wood turtle would hurdle as much myrtle as a wood turtle could hurdle if a wood turtle could hurdle myrtle. Thanks again, love the show! -Alex D. aka Dobbie Wan

big_suzThe social interaction we’re all missing in 2020Listening to Nick and Muriel is like being in a bar with your hilarious best friends, who can make anything funny and always guarantee you a good time (wow, remember what that was like?). My husband, who doesn’t show any interest in podcasts and therefore none in my particular podcasts, even looked them up because I kept talking about this podcast so much/he’d always find me laughing and ask “is it the 30 year olds?” (we’ll get him saying their names soon enough). Long story short, don’t sleep on this podcast!!!
-
Beacon hill transitThanks for getting us through thisEven if I were unable to understand a word they said, I would listen to this podcast for the laughter and melodic cadence and rhythm of the dialogue between Nick and Muriel. Fortunately, the words and the storylines spark and crackle. I always feel like I’m having a great visit.

Beth is Stella's MomFunny AF duoA genuinely hysterical couple with tons of chemistry facing all the things that couples are faced with in adulthood(+new pandemic vibes)! They are using all their newfound time amid societal collapse to create a bunch of content to keep us laughing, and to sometimes save kittens! Check em out 🐈

MeggFarrYour New Best FriendsThis 5 star review is WAY overdue. Better late than never. I’ve been listening to Nick and Muriel talk about all the shenanigans that life in your 30s (+ or - some years because this podcast is for ALL ages) entails for about a year now! This couple has began to feel like some of my best friends. So much so that they’ll often come up in casual conversation. “Oh yeah, Muriel also tried to make sourdough bread!” or “oh, Nick has an amazing espresso martini recipe!” As long as Hella in Your Thirties is a podcast, I’ll never feel lonely! Nick and Muriel have become household names in my household! It’s kind of weird. But nonetheless, I’ll continue to listen to these two hilarious humans debate everyday life experiences, show the reality (and humor) of a normal healthy marriage, and plan new adventures all in the name of broadcasting it for the world to learn from and laugh with! Thank you, Nick and Muriel, for always being there to keep me company. You guys are the bomb dot com <3

mlcav18Always a fun listenAmusingly relatable. The laughs, the fights, the daily grind - I love it all. Nick and Muriel are a great team. Keep up the great work!

seacreaturesHella 5 StarsThe most successful actor-servers in all of LA! (At least in my heart). Everyone, of all ages, should listen to their fun, slice-of-life podcast and join their Patreon so they can do Hella full time!

BrendaKateSo funny and entertaining!Muriel and Nick have such great chemistry - I could listen to them for hours! (In fact, I strongly encourage binge-listening to this podcast - it’s a guaranteed fun day!) Every episode is unique, engaging and funny. I always look forward to what episode topic they’ll come up with next. They’re always so creative and every episode is pertinent to ppl who are, in deed, HELLA in their 30’s :)

Emallie F.Bingeable Podcast!Hi! Finally figured out how to leave a review on here! 😬 I know I already sent you guys a message on IG, but I want to leave one on here too because you guys are my favorite! Listening to y’all not only gets me through Quarantine but also the 9 month rotation my husband is on in Korea. You guys make me laugh constantly and I love the way y’all love each other! I cannot wait for my husband to come home so that I can introduce him to this podcast! The restaurant stories are some of my favorite as I’ve been a server/bartender/manager for almost 8 years now! PS. I highly recommend checking out Doc Antle’s socials and bigcatrescue.org because they have statements released that just make it funnier and make them look twice as guilty! Keep on being you! Can’t wait for the next episode! 💜

ElaiseroseFavorite of All TimeYou two are my absolute favorite podcast hosts! I'm almost 21, so not "hella in my thirties" yet, but I have you all playing in my headphones while I work around my house. I even fall asleep to your podcast. Keep up the amazing content!

adawn0327LoveeeeI’m still fairly new to podcasts and I just had to leave some love for this one!! This podcast is very relatable, as adulting in your thirties can be quite the adventure. Muriel and Nick have a wonderful relationship, I love listening to them. You truly can hear their excitement in all of their adventures together! It’s pretty awesome that they show the love back to their followers. I received a message and shout out on their most recent podcast (Playing For Keeps: Hair Loss). Thanks for taking the time to make my day!! You two are awesome, look forward to listening to more! Btw the commentary about the online videos was an extra touch! :)

SaraJW06Love Nick and MurielThe dynamic that Nick and Muriel have is amazing. I just love their relationship and how they treat each other. They are hilarious and give you a real view into things you have thought about trying yourself. They are hilarious to listen to. I listen at work everyday. A lot of the stuff isn’t necessarily safe for work, but that’s what ear buds are for. My office always knows when I am listening because it’s a pretty steady steam of laughing from my cubicle. Thank you so much for being awesome Nick and Muriel!!
-
colee.Breaking the stigma of adultingNick & Muriel have restored my hope that you don’t have to dull as you get older. They remind me to never let life get to serious and to keep having fun! They are such a fun & loving couple that resonate so deeply with myself. Never stop doing what you do, love you guys!

WafflepantsSSDGMLove these two!Nick and Muriel are the best. I love listening to them chat about anything (and often nothing). They are two genuine, and genuinely funny people who laugh way too much, argue often and make me smile. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone wanting to be severely entertained!
-

NadiinekatI could listen everyday!Yes I could listen everyday! And sometimes I do. Everyone always asks me at work how I can be in such a good mood at 6am and it’s from Nick and Muriel 🤘🏽! You guys are sooo funny, so sweet to each other and a great resource for fun ideas of new things to do in LA :) P.S. Ralph’s is not like Safeway. Vons is Safeway. Ralph’s is Kroger ♥️Nadine

PandaTini11Fun and loving couple!Nick and Muriel are doing a great job! Their podcast is funny and relavent even if your life walk is very different from theirs. They are bravely sharing their personal life, family and friends with the world solely for our enjoyment(and their ownLOL) I have been listening for a little over a year and I still laugh each and every episode! Their true love and respect for each other truly shines through and I will continue to listen and be inspired by them. I’ve recommended this podcast to anyone who will listen to me talk about it! msamwichI love you both. Not only are y’all a lovely couple but both hilarious. This podcast makes me laugh out loud and makes me feel relaxed in my apartment when I get off work. Some of my favorite episodes are Nick’s Birthday Party, Korean Spa, and Valentine’s Day. I can’t wait until this podcast blows up! Peace and blessings from North Carolina!
-
Ellie@theSeaBest couple to listen to!Nick and Muriel are hilarious and it’s just so pleasant listening to them. They are so down to earth, funny and they choose some interesting topics to talk about!
-
lalalisamarieeeLove From Canada!Nick and Muriel are relatable and loveable and funny without it feeling forced. I stumbled on this podcast after moving to a new city (and new country!) and TBH I was hooked because Muriel reminded me so much of my best friend that I missed dearly. I appreciate that they do things that aren't sponsored (but really, they deserve sponsorship) so you feel like "yeah, I might actually try this" or you've seen yourself in their exact position before (hopefully never at the Korean spa).
-
backmuscleI turn off so most podcasts after 2 minutes...This one is different!!! No annoying personalities trying to be cool and sound like they know everything. These two are adorable and funny and disarming with their honesty. So many hilarious moments when they truly don’t know everything...but that kinda makes them cool :) Wish they were my friends IRL
-
503kbYay!I love you guys! Thanks sharing yourselves with us. ❤️
-
Jarrett K.Hella Awesome!Come for the amazing, hilarious chemistry between Nick and Muriel as they riff on so many great topics. Stay because, like them, you’re also hella in your thirties and need to get out all that late-millennial rage!
-
elisiajoyceHella Beef StewI’ve been holding out so that I could be the 100th reviewer because I love attention, but I freaking love Muriel and Nick even more!! Y’all are always on point for every 30s experience. Also, I’ve been craving beef stew (see the “Up All Night” episode), so I was hoping to get Muriel’s amazing beef stew recipe in exchange for this review. Love y’all!
-
LA' TISHHonest & FunnyThese two are so truthful & accessible. Being in my thirties has been an adventure & I love how these folks bring levity to the trials of getting older & still not feeling like you have it all together
-
pantheistcheezitfreek2019Absolutely favorite podcast couple! (AbsFavPodCoup!)Arg!! I think apple is conspiring against me cuz I’ve seriously tried to five-star these chill bros like soooo many times but it never shows! Anyway, just stopped in to say that the chemistry between these two is enrapturing, the advice is solid, they are hella relatable, and they always make things feel a little lighter if the world’s pushing down on me.
-
Cali2CambridgeFriends in my HeadY’all keep me company as I drive around Los Angeles - you feel like my best friends - in my head. I love your rapport. You two are my heroes & relationship goals. You guys are part of what I call my “real life vision board.” If any of this makes sense to the people reading this you should definitely listen to this show.
-
Great dateHella livin it upLove these peeps so much. I’m 25 and my gf 21. We listen on long drives together and I would never dare listening to a new episode without her. This is just two funny people making each other laugh and it’s incredible to witness. The vacation episode where we were cheering for the chubby boy on the wake board. I literally had to pull over You guys are the best. Keep recording yourself y’all in various places cuz your doing it right. ! Much love. Marcos Serna

Julia aka BellossomHow many reviews can I leave???I’m not sure if one person can leave multiple reviews but I’m determined to leave (mostly) Muriel and Nick 17 reviews to get to 100, even if I have to make multiple accounts. 😂 This podcast makes me beyond happy and totally excited to be in my 30’s in a few years! You guys are so warm and funny and I laugh WAY too loudly at my office job when listening every Monday night. PS: just found out it’s one review per account so let’s make 17!?
